We are currently looking for Account Executives -
The Account Executive will manage various aspects of the Client’s account and will need to respond to their needs and objectives. They will work with a range of specialist clients, offering some of the most cutting-edge technology in the market.
A key requirement of the role is to develop and maintain positive and successful Client relationships. Frequent communication is needed to ensure Clients are happy with the service and where relevant, inform the clients of the enhancements to the SmartSearch Platform. Training will be provided on the Anti-Money Laundering regulations to ensure an understanding of Client’s compliance needs can be developed. A high level of customer service must be extended to all clients at all times with an excellent attention to detail applied to all tasks.
We are currently looking for Admin Assistants -
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining a friendly and helpful first point of contact for inbound calls when the receptionist is busy. Where necessary they will need to show the initiative to improve the processes involved in their role. They will also support the Sales and Account Management Teams with administration tasks and be available to help Senior Management when necessary.
A high level of customer service must be extended to all current and potential clients at all times.

The Sales Support Executive will work with a range of specialist clients, offering some of the most cutting edge technology in the market. Performing sales lead generation activities, profiling businesses and securing appointments for the senior sales team, whilst building solid rapport over the phone with these prospective clients.
There is potential for the right person to move into the sales team within the business and progress as the business continues to grow.
As a telemarketing professional, the role will entail using your sales skills to include: prospecting; telemarketing; data cleansing; profiling; and securing appointments

We look for a Sales Executive to generate new business sales in the professional and financial services markets, using remote presentation skills, telephone and email. Business will be generated from leads coming from marketing activity and campaigns plus self-generated opportunities.

We are currently looking for VDI Tech Supports -
Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, this is a newly created position, which will enable you to make an immediate impact, as the Infrastructure main point of contact for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Having recently moved to brand new state of the art offices the business has migrated onto VDI, which currently serves around 85 people and will over the next 12-18 months increase to c150 people allowing you to gain valuable experience as part of that growth, becoming a key part of a small team.
With a recognised IT apprenticeship behind you or with a relevant degree you will have 1-2 years' experience working in a similar environment where you will gained knowledge of:
Previous experience with VOIP would be an advantage but not a requirement.
A key part of the role will be the ability to communicate with the stakeholders in user friendly terms and quickly form strong working relationships with team members and heads of department.
